With over two decades of experience in Sales and Business Development across Pakistan and Australia, Kamran Shafi is a powerhouse in the Real Estate and Banking sectors. Notably associated with industry giants like Emaar and ORA Developers, Kamran has a proven track record of effortlessly closing multi-million dollar deals. Kamran leads Avenir Developments Team of Business Development experts. His innate ability to navigate complex markets and his strategic approach to negotiations set him apart, making him a visionary leader who redefines success.
Ayesha Irshad
Sr. Architect & Project Manager
An accomplished project architect specializing in the residential & commercial projects, Ayesha has worked on a number of multi-story buildings, including apartment complexes and commercial mixed-use projects. Ayesha is an expert in conceptual design, specific architectural planning, master planning, site execution, sketching, and design research. Ayesha leads Avenir Developments Team of project design and execution. Having a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.
Javeria Chugtai
Social Media Manager
