Quotations
You price from drawings and quantities, not a phone call
Our clients get one cost figure with nothing left outside the scope. That figure holds only when every quotation behind it is complete. This is what we send you, and what we ask back.

Quotations that state the same items in the same units can be compared fairly, item by item.

How do I become a supplier or subcontractor for Avenir Developments?
Send your company profile through the form at the end of this page, or introduce your firm on WhatsApp at +92 300 1101807. We then ask for samples or a catalogue, or visit your showroom, yard, workshop or a site you are working on. Once you are listed under your category, we ask you to quote whenever a project needs it, against that project's drawings, specification and BOQ.
What does Avenir Developments buy?
Four categories: building materials, specialist subcontract work that is supplied and installed, interiors and furniture, and technical services such as land survey, soil investigation, material testing, and structural and MEP engineering. We do not buy in 3D visualisation or animation; our own team does all of it.
Does Avenir sell building materials?
No. Avenir Developments is an architecture, interior design and construction firm. We buy materials for the projects we design and build, and we do not sell them. If you are planning a house or a building, see our services.
Does being listed guarantee orders?
No. Being listed means we ask you to quote when a project needs your category. Each order follows a quotation for that project, compared with quotations from other listed suppliers.
What are the payment terms for suppliers?
Payment terms are agreed in each purchase order or contract, before supply starts. We do not publish a standard credit period, because terms depend on the item, the quantity and the project.
Which cities do suppliers need to cover?
Our construction sites are in Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Tell us which of these cities you deliver to or work in; you can be listed for one city or for several.
Can manufacturers, importers and distributors apply?
Yes, in the same way. Say in your profile whether you manufacture, import or distribute, which brands you represent, and where you hold stock.
Do you work with structural and MEP engineers?
Yes. Structural, MEP, HVAC and fire protection engineering is shared between our own engineers and PEC-registered engineers we appoint for a project. Engineers can apply under technical services.
Do you list suppliers for projects in the UAE?
This page lists suppliers for our projects in Pakistan. Our work in the UAE runs through our associate companies, Emirates Oasis Contracting (EOC) and ARCAN Project Management. See our partners.
