Sr. business development manager
- 5+ Years Experience in Real Estate Sales and Business Development

Job Role
- Sell Units at NORA Residences: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly apartment sales targets.
- High-Intent Lead Conversion: Follow up and close high-potential leads through calls, meetings, and site visits.
- Client Management: Build trust-based relationships with investors, buyers, and brokers.
- Sales Pipeline Ownership: Manage CRM, maintain updated records, and push deals toward closure.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to position NORA Residences competitively.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement targeted sales campaigns and collaborate with marketing to convert leads into bookings.
- Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management with clear metrics and forecasting.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 Years Proven Sales Experience in Real Estate (Preferably Apartments or High-Rise Projects).
- Demonstrated ability to close residential sales.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Fluent in English and Urdu, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

JOB ROLE
- Understand client needs like a pro — and pitch with purpose, not pressure
- Run targeted outbound campaigns (calls, emails, DMs) to book high-potential meetings
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with new and existing investors
- Identify investment opportunities, trends, and new markets before the rest of the crowd
- Maintain detailed pipelines and activity logs in CRM (no ghost leads allowed)
- Hit and exceed monthly KPIs, because average isn’t your thing
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years experience in sales, investment consulting, or real estate
- Sharp communicator in English & Urdu
- Self-motivated and relentless when it comes to follow-ups and closing
- Knows how to position value and not just talk price
- Tech-savvy – you understand CRMs, Excel, and digital communication
